"Where are you going... Wait!" [Name] begged as his back view gradually diminished from her sight.
"Please... Levi..." She croaked as she scrambled after him as he walked towards the ray that was blinding her eyes. As though hearing her pleas, he stopped in his tracks and turned around to look at the poor figure that was breathless from chasing after him.
She finally caught up with him, wrapping her arms around his neck so tightly that she felt every ounce of energy dissipating from her.
"Please don't leave me..." Hot tears staining the fabric of his uniform as she cried. Standing there motionless, he gazed down at her with sorrowful eyes. Her heart ached as he did not reciprocate with his usual affection. Looking up at his unfamiliar forlorn expression gave her goosebumps. This was not how things were supposed to turn out. He can't just leave like this. What about all those times that they spent together? Who's going to talk to her about those happy moments that they shared? Laugh with her as they look back at the squabbles that they had?
'If you leave, who's going to remember all of these with me?' She thought as she pressed her eyes shut against his chest, not wanting to see the look of agony on his face.
All of a sudden, she felt a surge of heat passed through her like a wave, and in a split of a second, her arms collapsed into nothingness. The coldness of the air crept back, nipping at her skin, but all she felt was numbness.
He's gone.
"Levi... " She gasped as she jolted awake only to be greeted by the darkness shrouding her vision. Faint throttling sound of footsteps and hooves could be heard through the confines of the dormitory.
"Already?" She thought, drying her tear-stained face while she hopped out of her bed hastily. Only just a few hours had passed since Levi led a special group of survey corps on a night expedition. If they came back so quickly… something bad must have happened. She quivered at the thoughts that followed.
Without slipping on her uniform, she fumbled her way towards the door. Just as she was about to turn the knob, a soft knock came from outside, making her flinch. Carefully, she opened the door.
"H-Hanji-san..."
The tall, bespectacled brunette nodded in acknowledgment, her expression was grave as she spoke.
"Levi was supposed to be here to tell you this... But he..." Hanji paused upon seeing (Name)'s expression contort into a grimace.
"[Name]", Hanji spoke, a growing concern evident in her voice. Bending down to meet her at eye level, "are you alright?"
Seeing as she wouldn't speak, Hanji wrapped an arm around her. "Take your time alright?... We'll be here with you no matter what."
Hearing the words weighed her heart down like an anchor as she pressed her hand against her forehead. Feeling the familiar swelling in her throat returned, a despondent sob escaped her and warm tears streamed down her face.
At this point, thudding sounds could be heard from a distance.
"Levi... she..."
"Oi, Hanji, what did you say to her? Why is she crying?" Levi said curtly, as he inched himself towards them on one clutch.
"I don't know, she just suddenly broke down! I was trying to comfort her..."
Upon seeing him, [Name] rushed up to him, sinking into his embrace. His usual indifferent demeanour was visibly shaken when he saw her, now with a look of uneasiness in his eyes. He supported her, patting her reassuringly on her back as he waited for her to speak.
"I thought you..." She managed to choke out in between her sobs.
"-died." Her voice cracked.
His face fell upon hearing that, "Sorry, I should've ask them to tell you earlier..."
However, she was inconsolable. Her sobs grew louder and more successive each time she tried to suppress it. Stroking her head gingerly, he said in an almost inaudible voice, loud enough only for her to hear.
"I'm so sorry. Don't cry, brat... I'm still here."

holic [LevixReader]
It is effortless to be in the state of dreaming. You stand, no, we stand. Depersonalisation. It happens during these moments. Where the night skies, it eats away. Our visions to nothing. For it is grand, and when you breathe. You blink to yourself, the wisps of who you are merely floating. Humans, he, you, everyone are the small dots upon the green landscape. Much alike to the sky, where bright lights are wet specks of burning white upon a long tapestry of no end.
Where we stand.
“Do you like stars?” Levi mumbled.
It's tethering on the edge. You take a step. Steel-grey eyes warily glance at your prodding at such a common thing

\\LevixReader// I never said...
The air was crisp as the sun rose over the trees. Cicadas hummed and buzzed through the air. Blue and purple rays crossed over the sky creating a mural of colors. Everything was full of life, except two young lovers laying together in bed.
Their breaths mingled together as they looked at one another in the eyes. The man, Levi, ran his fingers gently across the woman's face. She didn't make the slightest movement at the touch as he continued this act of adoration. His grey eyes gazed down at the woman beside him as her breathing became ragged.
"I got it." Hanji said as she walked into the room.
Going over to the girl, she adjusted the t

You looked at Levi. “What’s your favourite song?”
He looked back at you with a confused face. “We’re all on the verge of death and you ask me about my favourite song? What type of question is that, brat?”
A smile dances across your face. “I want to know what to request at our funeral if we don’t make it.” You meant it as a joke, but a sombre mood fell over the two of you.
Levi scoffed. “Don’t say things like that. We’ll make it. We have to.”
